The Marty Party 2026 – Early Booking Access Terms & Conditions
In addition to Killester Travel’s standard Booking Terms & Conditions, the following special conditions apply to bookings made under “The Marty Party 2026 – Early Booking Access”:
- Early Booking Deposit
- A €100 per person deposit is required at the time of booking to secure early booking access for The Marty Party 2026.
- This deposit guarantees you priority booking once the full holiday package prices are confirmed.
- Confirmation of Prices
- Final holiday package prices will be confirmed at a later date.
- Once prices are confirmed, you will be contacted by Killester Travel and given the choice to either:
- (a) Cancel your early booking and receive a full refund of your initial €100 per person deposit, OR
- (b) Commit to the booking by paying an additional €150 per person deposit (bringing the total deposit to €250 per person).
- Refund Policy
- If you decide not to proceed with your booking once prices are confirmed, your initial €100 per person deposit will be refunded in full.
- Once you have committed by paying the additional €150 per person deposit, making the total deposit €250 per person, the deposit becomes strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Balance Payments & Final Terms
- After committing to the booking, your deposit will be held against the final balance, and all standard Killester Travel booking terms and conditions will apply.
- The balance payment schedule and cancellation conditions will follow the standard terms in place at the time of confirmation.
By completing a booking under “The Marty Party 2026 – Early Booking Access”, you acknowledge and agree to these special terms in addition to Killester Travel’s standard booking conditions.
