AR Diamante Beach & SPA Hotel

Set 200 metres from Levante Beach in Calpe, this hotel offers 3 outdoor swimming pools surrounded by sun terraces.

All elegant rooms at AR Diamante Beach & SPA Hotel feature a balcony and free internet connection. They are also equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV.

Calpe Harbour and the famous Rock of Ifach are approximately 1 km away from AR Diamante Beach Spa. The seafront promenade is 2 minutes’ walk from the hotel with many restaurants, bars and shops.

The Diamante Beach Spa offers a buffet restaurant with Mediterranean cuisine and show cooking.

Remember, everything is optional so you can be as active or as relaxed as you choose. You might do a lot one day and very little the next, it’s what feels right for you that is important.

Early Morning Session 7.30am to 8.30am
Breakfast 8:30 – 10am
Mid-Morning Session 10am - 11 am
If the group is large it will split in two, half with Eithne,  the other half  with Gaye in each morning session

1. Gaye offering guidance on living life with grace, ease and purpose through interactive coaching techniques, Journaling prompts and guided quiet times
2. Eithne offering daily gentle Yoga & Relaxation sessions that are suitable for all levels of experience (including complete beginners).  In each class you will explore new ways to create a little more space and ease in your body and mind.

Daytime Practices
Suggested or prompted during morning sessions:

1. Walking with another person, never met before
2. Journalling
3. Silent Walk

Evening Wind-Down Session(before dinner)

1. Combination of gentle yoga/ guided meditation plus reiki presentation
2. 5-10 mins Journalling

EITHNE KENNEDY

As a Yoga teacher and kinesiologist, Eithne brings over 20 years of experience to her classes and loves to share the benefits of yoga with others. She brings humour and practicality to her classes; her teaching approach is that yoga is available to everyone, practicing yoga should be an enjoyable and uplifting experience that empowers the individual and offers a tool for life. Eithne is qualified to the advanced 500 hr level and was a member of the teaching faculty on a Yoga Teacher Training course in Dublin for 6 years. She is an authentic teacher and practitioner who brings a depth of practice that is grounded in personal experience.

Join Gaye Moore, Executive Coach and Reiki Therapist, for a transformative wellness sessions rooted in gentle stillness, deep energetic healing, and emotional recalibration. This is not just “relaxation” — it is a guided return to your own centre.

Mary Kennedy is a television personality and former newscaster and writer, Along with her sister Mary has learned to find harmony and peace in her life and loves to interact with people.
