Bookings can be secured with a deposit of €250 per person. The remaining balance will be due 10 weeks prior to departure.
4 Star MYND Adeje
Situated in Adeje, 500 metres from Playa de Ajabo, MYND Adeje features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. 1.6 km from Las Galgas Beach and 2.2 km from Playa El Pinque, the property offers a restaurant and a bar. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, a shared lounge and free WiFi throughout the property.
At the hotel, rooms are fitted with a desk. Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a shower and a hairdryer, all rooms at MYND Adeje have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and some rooms also boast a terrace. At the accommodation the rooms are fitted with bed linen and towels.
The daily breakfast offers American, vegetarian or vegan options.
The area is popular for cycling, and bike hire is available at this 4-star hotel.
Playa Las Salinas is 2.6 km from MYND Adeje, while Aqualand is 11 km from the property. The nearest airport is Tenerife South Airport, 29 km from the hotel.

Qualifications
• Certified Nutritionist with Mac Nutrition-Uni.
• BSc degree in Sport & Exercise Management from UCD
• A certified Personal Trainer with The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
• Certified in Pre + Post Natal Personal Training with the (NTC) National Training Centre Ireland
• Certified Mat Pilates Instructor with Pilates Performance Ireland.
