PROVISIONAL OUTLINE:

Thursday 4th November – Flying from the city of our choice we arrive Oklahoma City and be met by private 56-pax coach. Transfer to the Residence Inn Bricktown. Overnight Oklahoma City.

Friday 5th November – This morning the group will have a half day city tour followed by a tour of National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum. One of their guides is past world champion fast draw cowboy who will give the group a fast draw demonstration. The afternoon is free to explore downtown Oklahoma. Overnight Oklahoma City.

Saturday 6th November – Depart for Ft Smith, Arkansas. En route stop in Tahlequah and tour the Cherokee Heritage Center. A local tour guide will be with the group today and first stop will be at Miss Laura’s Visitor Center; followed by a city tour with a stop at the Bass Reeves Monument. The group will also tour the Fort Smith National Historic Site and visit the Elvis Barbershop Museum. Overnight Ft Smith.

Sunday 7th November – Depart for Branson. En route stop in Bentonville and visit the Walmart Museum and the Crystal Bridges Museum of American History and art. Then continue on to Branson and check in at the Grand Country Inn for five nights. Tickets included for two of Daniel’s afternoon shows. Overnight Branson.

Monday 8th November – Morning free with tickets to see Daniel in the Welk theater at 2pm.
Evening free with dinner included at the Grand Country Inn. Overnight Branson.

Tuesday 9th November – Morning trip to the beautiful town of Eureka Springs. We will make a quick stop at the fabulous Thorncrown chapel in the woods, and have time to browse or shop in quirky Eureka Springs. Afternoon at outlet mall in Branson or you may have decided to take in another show. Evening free with dinner included at the Grand Country Inn. Overnight Branson.

Wednesday 10th November – Morning free with tickets to a second Daniel concert in the Welk theatre at 2pm. Evening free with dinner included at the Grand Country Inn. Overnight Branson.

Thursday 11th November – Morning free for a last bit of shopping or just enjoying the amenities at the Grand Country Inn. Branson.

Friday 12th November – Today we leave Branson and head south to Arkansas and the city of Little Rock. On arrival in Little Rock we will go directly and tour the Clinton Library. Among the exhibits are a replica of the Oval office in the White House in Washington and the official car which carried Bill Clinton whilst he was President. The evening is free and for those who fancy a bit of shopping we will spend some time at the Park Plaza Mall with over 90 stores to choose from. Overnight Little Rock.

Saturday 13th November – Transfer to the airport for flight home.

Residence Inn by Marriott Oklahoma City Downtown/Bricktown

This hotel located in downtown Oklahoma City, a 5-minute walk from Bricktown Canal. It has an outdoor pool, and offers spacious suites with free Wi-Fi and fully-equipped kitchens.

Grand Country Resort is fun for the whole family, with dining, live shows, and a water park on-site. Each of the rooms at Grand Country Resort are furnished with free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, TV, microwave, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and some rooms have a kid’s clubhouse with bunk beds. There’s many activities at the resort including their indoor/outdoor water park, three live shows a day, mini golf, arcade, laser tag, and bumper cars. The resort offers several dining options including frozen custard, a pizza place, a casual grill, and their Grand Buffet, which serves breakfast daily and southern style comfort foods for lunch and dinner. There are many shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby, including God and Country Theater, Billy Bob Dairyland, India Clay Oven, and Hollywood Wax Museum.
