Arizona is one of our favourite US destinations.  Scottsdale and the Phoenix area in general offer great golf in desert settings that will take your breath away.  Almost all of the golf courses in the area are designed by some of the best designers and they are maintained in perfect condition.

The best months to play golf in Arizona are November to April when the heath is bearable, the skies are blue and clouds are non existing.

The choice of accommodation is staggering - you can stay in five star resorts or watch your budget and stay in good three star hotels - whatever your choice you can be sure to be able to play golf on some of the best courses in the USA and enjoy perfect weather conditions doing it!

Scottsdale is also a great base to visit some of the best attractions the US can offer - you can visit the Southern Rim of the Grand Canyon and stop on the way in the incredible Red Rock area of Sedona, you can travel to Tucson and marvel at the old missions and historical towns such as Tombstone and many others.  You are also only a five hour drive or a 45 minute flight away from Las Vegas with its great shows, casinos and nightlife - Las Vegas can be incorporated as a two day break in your golfing trip in Arizona or can be done as an extension - in either case a trip well worth taking!
